Parking Fee  

• There is a daily parking fee payable by guest at the hotel.  

No Smoking Policy  

• Effective 07/15/08, the Royal Kona Resort is a 100% non smoking hotel. Previously, the Bay Tower housed smoking rooms but, the hotel will no longer allow this as an option. A cleaning fee will be assessed to any guest who violates the non smoking policy. The Resort does permit smoking in the following public areas: the Lagoon Terrace, the Sunset Cove and in a designated area near the pool.
