Gardenview, Garden View rooms are located on the 2nd to 4th floors of the Mauna Kea Tower. Rooms are well appointed with custom furniture and custom tile. Bathrooms feature imported German limestone with stylish touches throughout. Bedding: 1 king bed or 2 double beds.  

Oceanview, Rooms provide partial views of Hilo Harbor. These rooms have great features such as a 32' LCD television, and imported limestone tile. Bedding: 1 king bed or 2 double beds.  

Oceanfront Room With Lanai, Rooms provide some of the most scenic views of the Hilo coastline. As with the Deluxe Ocean Front rooms, the views are amazing. These rooms also have balconies to relax and enjoy your Hawaii vacation. Bedding: 1 king bed or 1 king bed and 2 twin beds or 2 double beds.  

Deluxe Oceanfront, Deluxe Ocean Front rooms of the Mauna Kea Tower offer spectacular sweeping views of Hilo Bay, beautiful Coconut Island, and the lush Hamakua Coast. All rooms feature balconies to enjoy your morning coffee, read a book, or just pass the time away. These rooms are found only on the 9th floor or any of the spacious corner guest rooms. Bedding: 1 king bed or 1 king bed and 2 twin beds or 2 double beds.

Sandalwood Room, Continental Oceanside dining in an open air setting provides surroundings for every meal. Located ground level.  

Ting Hao Seafood Restaurant, Dishes from different regions of China set. Ting Hao is in a class by itself.

Shuttle Service The resort provides a complimentary hotel shuttle service to and from the Hilo airport based on the following terms and conditions:  

• Requests for hotel shuttle service must be requested in writing by fax at 1 (808) 969-6622 or e-mail to reservations@volcanoesresort.com to the hotel reservation department with name(s) of client(s), arrival and departure dates, flight numbers and times .  

• Request for hotel shuttle service is recommended at least 24 hours prior to clients arrival date.  

• Cancellations should be in writing by fax or e-mail to the hotel reservations department.  

• The hotel reserves the right to terminate the shuttle service at any time.
