The Ranch at Steamboat Condominium Resort and Conference Center offers superior accommodations and services at extremely competitive rates. The 36-acre hillside location supplies privacy plus spectacular views of the ski area and Yampa Valley, yet is only minutes from all the action. A complimentary private shuttle service (winter only) will transport you to the ski area or downtown Steamboat Springs in minutes. The Ranch at Steamboat features one, two, three, and four-bedroom condominiums, with a private bath for each bedroom. Each unit is beautifully appointed with a full kitchen, private balcony, wood burning fireplace, washer/dryer, two color televisions, direct dial telephones and private heated garages. High-speed Internet access is provided in each condominium to guests who bring network-ready portable computers. On property there is a fitness center, outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, men's and ladies' saunas and four outdoor tennis courts.  

The Ranch at Steamboat is located just to the west of the Steamboat Ski area, above the Sheraton Golf course. A private shuttle is available to guests for transportation to and from the ski area, shopping and dining.

Miscellaneous Amenities Services Available at the Main Check In Location Building facilities include luggage storage, guest lounge with television & complimentary high speed internet access terminal, lobby with large fireplace and plenty of reading materials. Specific bedding and/or special requests are fulfilled based on availability and cannot always be guaranteed.

• No Pets Please: The resorts cannot accommodate pets at any of the resort properties.  

• No Oversized Vehicles: No camper, boat or trailer parking is available on site.  

• Additional People: Condominium units are priced "per unit." There is no additional per person charge. Units cannot exceed the maximum occupancy.  

• Rollaway Beds: Rollaway beds are available on a limited basis for $10.00 per night. They provide bedding flexibility and may not be used to exceed maximum occupancy.  

• Special Requests: All special requests are subject to availability. Each condominium is individually owned, therefore, views, decor, furnishings and bedding may vary. The resort will make every effort to honor guests special requests but cannot guarantee them.  

• Housekeeping: A daily "towel and trash" service is provided. Fresh towels are delivered, used towels and trash are removed. For guests staying 7 nights or longer a "mid-stay clean" is provided. Beds are made with fresh linen, bathrooms are cleaned, condominiums are vacuumed and dusted. Additional services at some properties. Policies vary for monthly visitors.  

Check-In Location & Information  

• Check-in for visitors staying at the Ranch at Steamboat is at the property location. The Ranch office is open 7:30am to 8:00pm, 7 days a week during the winter season. During the summer the Ranch office is open from 8:00am to 5:00pm, 7 days a week. Guests arriving during office hours should Go directly to the Ranch (directions below).  

• For after hours check-in proceed directly to Mountain Resorts' office, following the directions above.  

• Directions to the Ranch at Steamboat:  

• Exit US Hwy. 40 and proceed east toward the mountain. After the second stoplight take the second left onto Steamboat Blvd. Take the second right onto Clubhouse Drive. Go up the hill, taking second right onto River Queen Lane. At choice of going straight or curving to the left, curve left. Continue straight and you will see the Ranch sign. The office is at the bottom of the property.
