Pet Policy:
• The Comfort Suites Cayman Islands does welcome pets, however, guests traveling with pets will be required to pay an additional fee and sign a waiver (please see general info listed below).
• If guests and pet are staying at the hotel, a deep cleaning charge of $150.00 USD will be automatically applied to the guests account to cover the cost of deep cleaning the carpets and additional cleaning that is necessary when having a pet stay in your guest room. Hotel will require a credit card to be on file at front desk to cover the deep cleaning.
• It is mandatory that pets will need to be crated when guests are not in their guest suite.
• Pets are not permitted in the breakfast room and restaurant & bar area due to allergies of guests and some guests fear of pets.
• In addition, we will require that you clean-up after your pet when in Grand Cayman.
