Deluxe Island Suite(*), Island view Caribbean influenced 2-room suite, 750 square feet, with balcony, Sheraton Suite Sleeper, efficiency kitchen, tub shower combo, sitting room with sofa and chair with ottoman, working desk and phone with data port.

Family Suite(*), (*), Caribbean influenced 4-room suite, 1400 sq. feet, with patio overlooking Camp Lucaya. Two Bedroom Suite with Sheraton Suite Sleeper with king bed in master bedroom, sofa sleeper in living room, and second bedroom has two double beds. Suite has a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, stove, dishwasher and refrigerator, tub shower combo, walk-in closet, sitting room with sofa and chair with ottoman, entertainment center with TV/VCR/CD, dining room, working desk, and phone with data port. Suite may connect with a Traditional Room with two double beds.  

Luxury Ocean Suite(*), Ocean view Caribbean influenced 3-room suite, 1125 square feet, with balcony on 4th floor, Sheraton Suite Sleeper, efficiency kitchen, tub shower combo, sitting room with sofa and chair with ottoman, entertainment center with cable TV/VCR/CD, dining room, working desk, and phone with data port and dining room.  

Bedding consists of 1 king bed or 2 double beds featuring Sheraton's new "Sweet Sleeper" beds.  

Specific bedding requests are fulfilled upon availability, but cannot always be guaranteed. During certain peak season rooms with king beds and connecting rooms are limited. Cribs and roll away beds are available at no extra charge, and are confirmed upon check-in, based upon availability.

The Children's Club:  

• The Children's Club is for children from 3 years to 12 years to 12 years old. This facility is open from 9:00am-5:00pm, and from 6:00pm-10:00pm daily. This program includes pool and beach games, story times, watersports, treasure hunts, art and handicrafts, computer games, a playground, children's' pool and activity center. These facilities were designed with your children's special needs in mind.  

Resort Fees 2009-2010:  

• There is a mandatory resort fee per person, per night for adults and children 13 years of age and older.  

• This fee will be charged for every occupied night, and will apply to all promotional rates, including complimentary nights.  

• No resort fee applies for children 12 or under.  

• Resort fees are included in the tour operator's rates. Resort Fee Inclusions:

The Camp Lucaya Program:  

• The Camp Lucaya Program has been designed to keep the children happily occupied while their parents relax and enjoy the extensive facilities at the resort.  

Hours: 9am-5pm, 7 days a week. Evening program available during peak season, those hours are Thursday-Saturday 6pm-11pm. Access to Camp Lucya is complimentary, however there is a $10.00 charge per day per child.  

Spring Break Policies 2010:  

• For stays between 02/25/10-04/30/10 all resort guests must be aged 25 or older to register for a guest room.  

• Contracted maximum occupancy of 4 adults per room applies during above dates and through the contract year.  

• Historically, Spring Break travel occurs from mid-February through April 30th. Our Lucaya Reef Village Resort will not actively solicit Spring Break business or organize Spring Break activities in 2010.  

Service Charges:  

• There is a mandatory service charge fee per person for adults and children 13 years of age and older.  

• This fee covers all gratuities for guest services by employees (excluding food & beverage) and will be charged for every occupied night and will apply to all promotional rates, including complimentary nights.  

• No service charge applies for children 12 or under.  

• Service charges are included in the tour operator's rates.  

Hurricane Policy Stipulations:  

• Cancellation and no-show fees will be waived for the period that Grand Bahama Island is under a Hurricane Warning and/or a Hurricane Watch. (*not a Tropical depression or warning)  

• Guests holding confirmed and full deposited reservations and are within the non-refundable window that are unable to travel to the resort due to closing of the Grand Bahama Island International airport or The Westin and Sheraton Grand Bahama Island Our Lucaya Resort will be given the option for a full refund (to the method of payment) OR a one room category upgrade on their next visit to The Westin and Sheraton Grand Bahama Island Our Lucaya Resort within one calendar year.  

• Reservations for comparable accommodations will be made on a space available basis and black out dates may apply.  

• Any commission owed to travel agents will be paid on the stay interrupted by the hurricane as long as revenue is generated and received by the resort.  

• Other expenses including but not limited to airfare, food and beverage, or catered services are not included or covered by this guarantee.  

• In House guests will not be penalized for an early departure in the event of a hurricane.  

• Any unused portion of a deposit for an inhouse guest will be refunded in the event of a hurricane.  

• The guarantee offered by Hutchinson Whampoa Inc. is subject to change at the discretion of the operator at any time without notice Grand Bahama Island must be placed under a Hurricane Watch or Hurricane Warning by the National Hurricane Center for the Hurricane Guarantee Policy to be in effect.  

Please Note:  

• A hurricane is defined/validated by the national hurricane center only - typically a tropical cyclone in which the maximum sustained surface wind is 74 mph to 64 knots or greater

Hurricane Guarantee Policy:  

• In the event of a hurricane on Grand Bahama Island, The Westin and Sheraton Grand Bahama Island Our Lucaya Resort will replace a guest's vacation for the entire duration of the reservation. This guarantee applies to room and applicable taxes. This policy is applicable to transient and group reservations as stipulated in their contracts.

Spring Break Policies 2009:

• Grandma Lucaya's Nursery located in Camp Lucaya is for the children from newborn to 2 and 1/2 years. This facility is open from 9am-5pm daily & 6pm-10pm Thurs-Sat. The nursery will be closed from 12:30pm- 1:30pm for lunch.
