• Gardenview Room - 2 adults. Oceanview Room - 2 adults. Gardenview Suite - 3 adults or 2 adult and 1 child. The Loft Oceanview - 2 adults. Junior Suite Oceanview - 4 adults or 2 adult and 2 children. 1-Bedroom Deluxe Oceanview Suite - 3 adults or 2 adult and 1 child. 1-Bedroom Master Suite Oceanview - 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.  

• Oceanfront Beach House - 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.  

Gardenview, Caribe or Arawak Building, has access to a common oceanfront terrace. Bedding: 1 queen bed.  

Oceanview, Caribe or Arawak Building, with double sliding doors that lead to a large, private terrace where you can greet the sun each morning as it rises above the pink-sand beaches and tropical waters. Bedding: 1 queen bed.  

Gardenview Suite(*), Arawak Building, offers a beautiful view of tropical greenery including a large number and variety of Palm trees.  

• Bedding: 1 queen bed. Accommodation amenities include: armoire (clothes) and coffee table.  

Oceanview Loft With Private Sun Deck(*), Caribe Building, sits all by itself on the top and center of the Caribe building. Because of its location and height, it has a spectacular view of the beach, ocean and surrounding island. It has a second-floor entrance into a small foyer that has a writing desk and a staircase that takes you to the bedroom, bathroom and private rooftop sun deck.  

Oceanview Terrace Junior Suite, Lucaya Building, has a terrace with sweeping oceanviews. Bedding: 1 king bed and 1 sofa bed (double). Accommodation amenities include: rollaway bed (on request), ottoman and chair (reading).  

One Bedroom Deluxe Oceanview Suite With Balcony(*), Caribe Building, Deluxe two-room suite. The bedroom features beautiful oceanviews. There is a separate sitting/reading room. Deluxe Oceanview Suites have one bedroom and one or two baths. Bedding: 1 king bed and 1 sofa bed (double). Accommodation amenities include: couch, chair (arm), desk (writing), armoire (with television), coffee table and balcony (covered).  

One Bedroom Oceanview Master Suite With Terrace(*), Lucaya Building, a very spacious two-room suite with one bedroom and one bath. The bedroom features one king size bed, separate sitting/living area. Each Master Suite has two separate and beautiful terraces with dramatic ocean views: one terrace off of the main living area and one off of the private bedroom. Bedding: 1 king bed and 1 sofa bed (double). Accommodation amenities include: chairs (reading), rollaway bed (on request) and coffee table.  

Beach House Two Bedroom Villa(*), Harbour Island's most luxurious beachfront accommodation. The Beach House is a spacious oceanfront two-bedroom suite situated on the hotel's most private location. It features direct beach access in an independently housed Bahamian Colonial style building. The suite is comprised of two large master bedrooms with breathtaking ocean views, and a spacious exquisitely appointed living room separating each accommodation.

Beach Bar Cafe, has a beachfront location. Local specialties are served daily. Bar is open until 10:00pm.

Terrace Restaurant, this restaurant has terrace seating. Breakfast and dinner are both served here. Offers fine dining, world class cuisine and excellent wine selections.
