The chef has created a cosmopolitan menu offering a mix of Scottish dishes and innovative European cuisine. Its stylish interior has a distinct 1930's Art Deco influence, with walnut floors and a palette of lime plush splash of African violet. The combination of colors was inspired by the natural landscapes of Edinburgh, taking the Salsbury Crags, sea and sky as influences.
