RESERVATIONS INFORMATION Tee times may be reserved up to 30 days in advance at the Playacar Spa & Golf Club by either fax or e-mail. Please send all requests to :

Guests will be required to arrange round trip transportation to the golf course and pick up their Golf vouchers at least 1 day prior to their tee-time reservation at the Chaza Travel hospitality desk, located in the lobby. Guests will  

• not be allowed to play without a Golf Voucher.  

Tee times must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a no-show fee. Fee will be charged as an incidental charge to the guest's hotel bill.  

Guest Transportation In an effort to streamline the guest transportation experience between resorts and recreational destinations, the following routes are now in operation. Transportation is free. Guests have to schedule the transfers.  

• Moon Palace to Wet n' Wild  

• Moon Palace to Sun Palace and Beach Palace  

• Aventura Spa and Aventura Cove Palace to Playacar Spa & Golf Club  

Exchange privileges between all resorts are still applicable to guests, should they choose to go visit another property.  

Spring Break Policy Spring break groups are not allowed at Le Blanc Spa Resort, Aventure Spa Palace, and Sun Palace.  

Documents Required For Wedding Ceremonies  

• Home address and occupations (bride and groom)  

• Birth certificates (original or certified copy of each one)  

• Valid Passports. Although Passports are not required for US citizens for entry into Mexico, they are mandatory for weddings.  

• Original blood test to determine blood type, HIV and STD. Tests must be taken at the resort and results are ready within 24 hours.  

• Original or certified copy of former spouses death certificate if applicable  

• Original divorce decree if applicable  

• Legal documentation of adoption or name change if applicable  

• Tourist Id provided by customs upon arrival at Cancun International Airport  

• Name, age, nationality, home address, occupation, driver's license or passport and tourist ID of 4 witnesses.  

• Witnesses must arrive 2 days prior to ceremony. If witnesses are not available, Palace Resorts will provide them.  

• Bride and Groom must arrive in Cancun at least 3 working days prior to the wedding ceremony to meet with the wedding coordinator and submit all documents. Ceremony will not be performed unless all documents are in order. No exceptions.
