It has a full kitchen, wet-bar, large living room, dining room and oversized patio overlooking the resort, ocean and island of Cancun. Located on the top floor of the hotel. Number of accommodations: 2  

Three Bedroom Villa, The 3 story Cancun villas offer more than 2000 square feet and are located in the lush tropical garden/pool area. Each villa features a dining, kitchen and living area on the first floor and 3 bedrooms each with private bathroom on the second and third floor.

Da Vinci, Gourmet Italian cuisine set in an intimate setting with replicas of the master's inventions and artwork. Featuring an excellent wine cellar. Proper attire required.

Package Restrictions:  

• All Inclusive bands are valid for customers until 12:00 noon of check-out day. Any late check-outs or departures after this time will pay a surcharge to the hotel directly if they wish to use the All Inclusive program after 12:00 noon.

• In-room minibar  

• Spa treatments/massages  

• Beauty salon or items of a personal nature such as telephone, laundry, shops, business center, etc.

Spring Break Policies:  

• No spring or summer break guests (travelers under the age of 21, not accompanied by a family member 21 years or older) are permitted on the All Inclusive package from 03/01-03/31 & 05/24-06/14.  

We kindly ask that you refrain from selling All Inclusive Packages only, to spring or summer break participants, which we find is in the best interests of all parties.  

Gratuities:  

• Passengers are responsible for Bell Boy and Maid gratuities. No Cash Policy We will require all guests to either leave a credit card or cash deposit for incidental charges. Our Outlets at the resort will not accept cash payment for services. Cash may only be used at check-out to settle their bill.  

Watersports 1 mile from the property is a water sports shop poolside, with jet skis, boogie boards, snorkeling equipment for rental it's located at the pier on Lagoon Marina Aquaworld. Varied distances to full service marinas offering jet skis, speed boats, waterskiing, snorkeling, diving, big game fishing, windsurfing and sailing schools and rentals.
