• Depending on selection of requested flowers, additional costs may apply. Please note our onsite flower selection highly depends on the time of year as well as our weekly floral imports. Certain flowers may not be available.  

• Wedding cake included in our collections will be customized for number of guests attending ceremony.  

• Horse drawn carriage is available at Moon Palace Golf & Spa Resort and Aventura Spa Palace exclusively. In the case of inclement weather where the service cannot be rendered, no credit will be provided. Depending on the ceremony location, horse drawn carriage ride ends at gazebo or paved area.  

• In the case of inclement weather, fireworks presentation will not be extended. No credits will be adjusted.  

• Four bottles of champagne are included in the Complimentary and Wedding Collections Packages.  

• Musician's selection is subject to availability.  

• Decor included in the wedding collections will be extended exclusively for the ceremony.  

• Dinner reservations at selected restaurants up to 35 guests. If you have more guests, a private function can be purchased.  

• Photography packages are ready within 72 business hours.  

• Upon check in, couples are required to proceed towards the Honeymoon desk in order to reconfirm their honeymoon package amenities.  

• A penalty of $300.00 USD will be charged to credit card if reservation is cancelled within 45 days of the wedding date.

• Documents required for Civil/Legal ceremonies:  

• Home address and occupations (bride and groom)  

• Birth certificates (certified copy of each one)  

• Valid passports  

• Original blood test (to determine Blood type, H.I.V. and S.T.D). Tests must be taken at the resort and results are ready within 24 hours (fee of approximately $84.00 per person applies). If test is positive, wedding cannot be performed.  

• Certified copy of former spouse's death certificate (if applicable)*  

• If divorced, a certified copy of divorce decree is required. If divorced more than once, please bring each divorce decree. If divorced less than a year, a mandatory pregnancy test must be taken. Additional fees are associated. If test is positive wedding cannot be performed (if applicable).  

• Certified copy of adoption papers (if applicable)  

• Certified copy of name change document*. All name change documents must be translated to Spanish (if applicable).  

• Tourist ID (provided by customs upon your arrival at Cancun International Airport).  

• Name, age, nationality, home address, occupation, passport and tourist ID of 4 witnesses. Witnesses must arrive 2 working days (Monday-Saturday) prior to ceremony. Witnesses must be 18 years or older. If witnesses are not available, Palace Resorts will provide them at no additional cost.  

• Bride and Groom must arrive in Cancun at least 3 working days (Monday-Saturday) prior to the wedding ceremony to meet the wedding coordinator and submit all documents.  

• Bride and Groom must be at the resort by check-in time (3:00pm) or earlier in order to consider day of arrival as the first day.  

• The Bride and Groom must not be legally married in order to qualify for our civil ceremonies. If they are already married, a symbolic ceremony can be performed.  

• Important:if the Bride or Groom's nationality is Mexican, additional documents are required. Please advise your wedding sales coordinator. Names on Tourist ID, divorce decree, birth certificates, and passport must be the same, including spelling.  

Please note the Birth Certificates, Divorce Decrees, Death Certificates, adoption and name change documents become the property of the State of Quintana Roo, Mexico.  

A marriage certificate is provided by the State of Quintana Roo, Mexico for Civil ceremonies, this is a legal document issued in Spanish. All wedding couples must contact their local court house for filling requirements. Every State/Country is different when it comes to filling of foreign marriage documents. Some state/countries require the certificates to be translated from Spanish to English others may require additional paper work to be filled. This is the couples' responsibility and Palace Resorts is not liable for any additional charges that may be associated according to the state/country's requirements on supplementary paperwork.  

Ceremony cannot be performed unless all documents are in order (no exceptions). All documents with the exception of passports become the property of the State of Quintana Roo, Mexico.  

All documents must be translated into Spanish at the resort. In order to do this all, documents presented must be issued in English. If Birth Certificates are not issued in English, please notify your wedding planner. Additional paperwork will apply. Cost may very depending on number of pages per document.

GOLF/SPA PACKAGE 2011-2012

Package Inclusions:  

• One round of golf or one select spa treatment per adult, per night.  

• Transportation to and from the following golf courses are included: Playacar Spa & Golf Club, Riviera Cancun Golf & Resorts and Moon Spa & Golf Club.  

• Rounds of golf include beverages, snacks and shared cart.  

Please Note:  

• Tee times and spa treatments can be reserved 90 days prior to client's arrival.  

• Available spa treatments included in this package are:  

• Aroma Reflexology (50 minutes), Sport Massage (50 minutes), Zen Shiatsu (50 minutes), invigorating leg & foot massage (25 minutes) plus refresher facial (25 minutes), face, head & shoulder acupressure (25 minutes) plus refresher facial (25 minutes), body scrub (25 minutes) plus manicure or pedicure (25 minutes).  

• Tee times can be reserved 90 days prior to client's arrival.

• All adults sharing the same room must reserve the Golf/Spa Package. It can not be sold separately.  

• Golf/Spa Package is interchangeable and can be used in any combination once per day. Number of green fees and select spa treatments are based on number of nights booked.  

• Unused rounds of golf or spa treatments for any reason including weather conditions are non-refundable. No rain checks will be provided.  

• Children ages 13 to 17 must be booked as adults to receive the Golf/Spa Package.  

• Tee time and spa reservations are subject to space and availability.  

• Stays that combine Golf/Spa and non Golf/Spa Package rates are only allowed to book their included tee times and select Spa treatments during the portion of their stay paying the Golf/Spa Package rate.  

• Special restrictions apply for children 17 years of age and under when booking any Spa service.  

• Select spa services apply for children ages 13-17 years old.  

• Children do not have access to the Hydrotherapy area.  

• An adult must accompany children ages 13-15 years old for the duration of the treatment.

Single Parent Policy  

• A single parent traveling with a child must be booked as a double room.
