Crown Club Room, Double Jacuzzi, mini bar, CD stereo system, coffee service, make up mirror, bathrobes and slippers, private concierge, private check in. Located on the adult only floors of the Crown Tower. Number of accommodations: 6 Bedding: 1 king bed.  

Honeymoon Suite, Large room with terrace featuring a double Jacuzzi, a separate living and sleeping area. Special amenities Include: mini bar with soft drinks, beer & water (re-stocked daily), fruit basket on arrival day, bottle of sparkling wine on arrival, flower arrangement, his & hers bathrobes & slippers for use during your stay, access to the Crown Club Lounge for a full American breakfast and daily afternoon cocktails, Lagoon Lunch Cruise including open bar (Wednesday's only, reservations required), one special gourmet dinner in room per stay. Family Crown Tower, Located on the ground floor in the Crown Tower. The hotel has both duplex style rooms and single floor rooms. All family suites feature a terrace. Number of accommodations: 2 Bedding: 1 king bed and 1 trundle bed.  

Family Paradise Tower, Located on the ground floor in the Paradise Tower. The hotel has both duplex style rooms and single floor rooms. All Paradise Tower Family Suites feature a terrace and 2 bathrooms. Number of accommodations: 2 Bedding: 1 king bed, 1 double bed, 1 trundle bed.

• Strictly no quadruple rooms allowed.  

• Crown Club Rooms and Honeymoon suites are adults only. Maximum two per room. No triple occupancy, no extra bedding supplied.

Coco Dance Club, Make the night come alive with the sounds of Salsa, meringue, and tropical music. Join in for non-stop fun during the night. No shorts and no flip-flop sandals allowed.

Collage Bar, This bar is open for the whole family decorated with modern contemporary furniture of various colors. It has an area to enjoy pool tables, air hockey, ping pong. Featuring movies both day and evening so the children can enjoy during the day and great old black and white movies for the evening! The teens as well have an area all their own with juke box and fun non-alcoholic drinks.

La Palapa, Impressive poolside food court style restaurant offering breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet. A requirement of at least a t-shirt and shoes (running or sandals) from 7:00am-5:00pm and from 5:00pm-9:00pm the same dress code as Wayne's Boots and Fisherman's apply.

La Piazza, This ocean front specialty restaurant has the different tastes of Italian Cuisine you would come to expect only from vacationing in Italy. Save room for dessert! Open for dinner 6 nights a week. Reservations suggested.

Dinner Hours: 6:00pm to 11:00pm  

Los Gallos, Mexican specialty, dinner only, casual elegance, strict dress code consisting of pants, a short sleeve dress shirt or Polo shirt and closed shoes for gentlemen, and no beach wear or beach sandals for anyone. Reservations are not needed but suggested. FISHERMANS, Offers a variety of seafood dishes. A la Carte dinner only. Reservations are not required. Dress Code: Semi formal long pants or dress shorts, no beach wear or tank tops allowed, suggested dress is dressy Bermuda shorts and T-shirt or Polo shirt for gentlemen. Sans Souci(*), Combines typical dishes of French cuisine with typical ingredients from Mexico. Adults only.

Wayne's Boots, Enjoy some of the best cuts of meat, in this typical "Old West" steak house. This is just not a place to eat...there is lots of action as well at the mechanical bull that's fun for the whole family. Reservations suggested.

Midway Stop, Late night snack bar for hamburgers, hotdogs, nachos.

Family and Friends Meetings Groups Crown Paradise Club Cancun is promoting "Family and Friends Meetings Groups". This special applies for a minimum of 5 rooms traveling together. The hotel will offer to them:

• Welcome cocktail  

• Fruit basket on the arrival date, for each room.  

• A reunion event. This reunion event could be a birthday party for a small child with a pinata and a cake plus sodas. Or it could be 1 a la carte dinner (not private) for the entire group, in one of the specialty restaurants. If the group exceeds 15 people, the menu must be the same for the entire group and it should be chosen at least 1 day in advance.  

Check In Policies  

• It is the hotel's policy that guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a guest 25 or older who must either share the same room or be in a nearby room.  

• If the hotel determines that a reservation violates this policy they will reserve the right to: not register the guests applying the late cancellation fees or collect a $50.00 damage fee per person which will be returned upon check-out and sign compliance with the Guest Vacation Policy.  

Children's Programs MINI CLUB, 4 to 12 years old. Open from 9am-10pm except Sundays (9:00am-5:00pm). Under the care and supervision of the trained staff.

Only the children at the Crown enjoy a fantastic aquatic park.
