Spring Break Policies  

• All guests under 18 years of age will be required to sign a responsibility letter agreeing to leave the hotel if disruption.  

• Upon check in, passengers will be required to leave a credit card voucher or cash deposit of $200.00 USD per person. Policy is mandatory, per person.  

• Credit cards issued to others than guests (i.e. parents, spouse, etc.) are not accepted in Mexico.  

• Minimum age requirement for hotel check in is 18 years of age. Any hotel guests under the age of 18 will require chaperone(s). One chaperone is required per 1-10 students/youths under the age of 18. The minimum age required for a chaperone is 25.  

• Please note the legal drinking age in Mexico is 18. All guests under 18 will be given a wristband that will not allow them to be served alcohol at the restaurants, bars and hotel disco.
