The Pool Bar, The Pool Bar serves drinks, light snacks and health food on the deck around the pool which overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. Open daily, weather permitting.

The Union Bar, The bar is a gathering place for business people during the day and evening, and for casual social meetings at any time. and a relaxed vibe which makes it the perfect place to end the perfect day.  

The Lounge, Afternoon Tea is served in courses late into the later, or where guests can enjoy light lunches, cock- tails or after-dinner drinks and coffee.  

The Atlantic Restaurant, Open for breakfast and dinner daily. The restaurant serves an extensive international buffet style breakfast, sporting a fusion of both local and international flavours. In the evening the restaurant serves an extensive fine dining a-la-carte menu inspired by award winning Irish Chef, Conrad Gallagher.

The Conservatory, Open for lunch daily and Jazz Lunch every Sunday. Open for dinner on Sunday's and Monday's. The Conservatory has an intimate yet informal style with light and refreshing food, wine and ambience to saturate the senses.
