Children Policy:

• All children 12 years and over are welcome throughout the year. Children over 12 years of age sharing the parent's suite will be charged the 3rd person rate pertaining to the relevant season.  

• All children under 12 are welcome during the holiday period of 12/21/08-01/03/09 at which time a children's rate, per day will be applied.  

• In 2009 children under 12 will not be allowed for the following period: 01/04/09-04/05/09.  

• From 04/06/09-04/30/09 children under 12 sharing with their parents will be charged a children's rate per day.  

• From 05/01/09-10/24/09 children under 12 sharing with parents will be complimentary on the European Plan (EP - room only). Maximum of two children per room.  

• From 10/25/09-12/21/09 children under 12 will be charged a children's rate per day.  

• Children under 6 years will be accommodated in ground floor suites only.

• Gardenview Suite - 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.  

• Poolview Suite - 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Please Note:  

• The only difference in the suites is the view. Ground floor suites have patios. Upper suites have balconies.  

• All Ocean View and Pool View suites feature coral stone walls, marble tiled floors, plasma flat panel television and larger stylish new bathrooms.

Al Fresco, Delicious offerings from the kitchen together with a warm and welcoming staff make the Al Fresco Restaurant a must where guests can dine under the stars and enjoy a variety of culinary experiences all using fresh local ingredients prepared to international standards. The split lever restaurant is set amongst tropical gardens with a view over the pool to the Caribbean Sea.

Special Offers - Free Weddings at Treasure Beach  

• Book a group of 5 rooms or more, for a minimum of 5 nights, and get the basic wedding package free. -1 complimentary garden suite is offered on an EP basis for groups of 10 rooms or more.  

• The basic wedding package is free with every deluxe suite booked for a minimum of 5 nights.  

• The deluxe suite also includes complimentary airport transfers and a well stocked complimentary in-room bar.  

Legal Requirements for Marriage in Barbados:  

• Applicants must be over 18 years of age.  

• Prior to applying for their marriage license the couple must make arrangements for an officiating Minister and obtain a letter from him to take to the Ministry of Home Affairs the hotel will arrange this in advance for the couple.  

• This letter, along with the documents outlined below, must be presented to the Ministry of Home Affairs, 5th Floor, General Post Office Building, Cheapside, Bridgetown, St Michael at the time that the application is made for the marriage license. Transport will be provided.  

• Documents required are: passport, birth certificate or if no passport a drivers license or ID card with a photograph.  

• If either party was married previously and widowed, a notarized copy of the marriage certificate and death certificate in respect of the deceased spouse will be required.  

• If either party was divorced, an original copy of the Decree Absolute and NOT the Decree Nisi. If the Decree Absolute is in a language other than English, it must be accompanied by a certified translation.  

• Once the application for the marriage license has been made the couple may be married immediately.  

• The Marriage Certificate is obtained from the Courts in Bridgetown. This certificate is not always ready prior to the couples departure. In cases like this, the hotel will forward the certificate to the couple.

• Attire during the day is informal. For the evenings long pants and shirts for the gentlemen and elegant attire for the ladies. No shorts or jeans allowed after 7:00pm.

• The wearing of camouflage or military apparel is illegal, and clothing will be confiscated and persons will be charged accordingly.
