Lanterns By John Hazzard, effective January 15, 2011, one of Barbados most renowned chefs, John Hazzard, will be taking over the management of Bougainvilleas two restaurants. Chef Hazzard is known for his ability to transform any dish into a mouth-watering delicacy by the addition of subtle local flavors. Casual and friendly, open-air beachside restaurant offers local, and international cuisine, serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and all day snacks. At night the beautiful display of reflecting lanterns creates a romantic atmosphere. Enjoy a Caribbean buffet and a spectacular floor show including limbo, and fire eating.  

Water's Edge Restaurant, is an Italian restaurant; serving dinner only, open every night except Friday.
