Deluxe, Deluxe Room Main Building: All Deluxe Rooms are newly renovated. Located in the historic main building, these are beautiful luxurious room feature a marble bathroom, and a working desk with business amenities. Location:

Deluxe Room Bermudiana House, Bermudiana House features Wireless HSIA. Each room is newly renovated and features either a balcony or patio, in-room safe large enough to hold a laptop, Keurig coffee maker, I-pod docking station and a 37 inch flat screen television. The bathroom has a shower with rainfall showerhead, no bathtub. Location:

Signature With Balcony, All Signature with Balcony rooms are newly renovated. Located in the gazebo wing of the historic main building, these are luxurious rooms offering a large balcony with patio table and chairs, one marble bathroom and working desk with business amenities. Location: floors 3-7. Bed Type: One King Bed plus sofa bed or 2 Double Beds (no sofa bed). Size: Approximately 375 Square Feet plus 100 Square Feet balcony. View: Full Harbour Views.  

Fairmont Gold, The luxurious guestrooms of Fairmont Gold have been designed with every comfort in mind. Located in the historic main wing of the hotel, the rooms feature upscale Bermudian style furnishings, marble bathrooms, two-line telephones & high speed Internet access. Guests can work in the convenience of their rooms at large desks with ample lighting and internet access. One Bedroom Suite, The 1-Bedroom Suites have large bedrooms with 1 King bed or 2 Double beds. The Heritage Court, The design concept for this area takes its cue from the rich architectural tradition of Bermudian ancestral homes and its color palate from the abundant flora and water images of this unique British territory. To provide a light fare option during the day the menu presents classics like the Ultimate Princess Burger with Bermuda Red Onion Jam, and newcomers Lime Chili Lobster Salad, Grilled Mango and Sesame Rice Crisps. Dinner features classics such as Bermuda's Best Fish Chowder and new entrees with an island twist, Grilled Rockfish with Vanilla Coconut Saffron Sauce. The Heritage Court provides the perfect stage for Afternoon Tea at The Princess. A signature event for The Fairmont Hamilton Princess, the afternoon tea incorporates old English charm with the tropical setting of the island paradise of Bermuda. Change in Ferry Service late 2009-early 2010:  

• The ferry service will change to a land based shuttle service.  

• The ferry service will be suspended after the last run on 11/15/09 and CEO Transport will be providing shuttle service to the guests between the Fairmont hotels starting 11/16/09 at 7:45am through 03/31/10.  

• Ferry Service will resume for the 2009 Holiday period and then be suspended again until 03/31/10.

• Effective 11/16/09-03/31/10 (inclusive) - Ferry Service between The Fairmont Southampton & The Fairmont Hamilton Princess will not be operating, however there will be no additional charge for the ground shuttle service from one hotel to the other.
