Restaurant Lasarte, This successful restaurant located in the Hotel Condes de Barcelona opened in January 2006. It seats only 35 diners, an ideal number for presenting the chef's high-voltage gastronomic cuisine that balances products and cooking methods. Lasarte's menu offers a careful selection of the chef's star dishes and a symbiosis of the materials and flavors of his region with those belonging to Catalan cuisine.

Restaurant Loidi, In January 2007, the Hotel Condes de Barcelona presented a new gastronomic area. Loidi, based on the philosophy of an informal, affordable restaurant, presents the chef's famous "set menu". Designed as a bistro and open all week, Loidi offers a different set menu every week, consisting of four courses (entree, fish, meat and dessert). Loidi's cuisine is based on the cuisine of traditional roots and some of the best market produce, presented with imagination and appealing to everybody.
