French Steakhouse Restaurant, Fine dining featuring daily live piano music, air conditioning, non-smoking. This popular French Steakhouse presents a truly innovative new menu in an all trendy and cozy ambiance. The famous South American - Churrasco Steak continues to highlight the menu together with an array of new fish, chicken, beef and seafood specialties with a Caribbean flair. Try the authentic Aruban Keeshi Yena a traditional stuffed cheese with diced chicken, raisins, capers, onion, celery and carrots baked in the oven served with fried polenta and plantain. Accompanied with live piano music, excellent service and an extensive wine list the restaurant has been a popular scene on Eagle Beach for tourists and locals alike.

Garden Terrace, is part of the French Steakhouse and includes fine outdoor dining in the tropical garden and around the pool. Open for a-la-carte breakfast. Bar open until midnight for after dinner drinks. Weekly live music.

Giorgio's, is the new Ristorante Italiano where the chef concocted an irresistible menu of Italian classic specialties with a contemporary feel, served al fresco on the garden terrace or around the tropical pool. From Anti-Pasti to Insalata, Zuppa to Pesce the menu welcomes diners with familiar recipes, flavorful sauces, delicious combinations and delightful presentations. The heart of the menu is the pasta section offering a nice variety including home-made lasagna. The Cernia Involata a filet of grouper wrapped with sweet potato over sauteed sherry Roma tomatoes, the Costolette DAngelo alla Cacciatore and Giorgios Osso Bucco will have you sighing with great satisfaction.  

Pega Pega Cafe & Beach Bar, Overlooking beautiful Eagle Beach. Open for lunch from 12:00pm-5:00pm; and bar open from 11:00am-8:00pm. Daily happy hour and weekly live entertainment. Manchebo Beach Resort & Spa recently unveiled new breakfast, lunch and dinner experiences with exciting menus in all-new trendy and cozy ambiances. The new executive chef joined Manchebo's culinary team last year with the introduction of a Sun Splashed menu the Pega-Pega Cafe & Beach Bar elevating beach cuisine to an ultimate high. The chef delivers a contemporary menu listing many favorite dishes from around the world all served with a tropical, Caribbean flair. Menu highlights and personal favorites include the Blue Mermaid Salad, the Cudarebo Fish Tacos and the Cuban pressed Chicken Sandwich served on a foccacia roll. Non-Smoking Policy  

• Smoking is not allowed inside the guest rooms. For a limited amount of Garden View Rooms and Oceanview rooms smoking is allowed on balconies or patios on the south-side of the buildings. To reserve a room with a balcony or patio where smoking is allowed, it is important to inform your travel agent or the hotel to confirm this location in advance, otherwise the hotel cannot guarantee a room w/ smoking allowed on the balcony or patio. Guests smoking in the room will be charged a cleaning fee of $300.00 dollars on their guest room bill. Smoking is allowed at sections of the outdoor Garden Terrace Restaurant and a section of the outdoor Pega-Pega Restaurant & Bar. The French Steakhouse is completely non-smoking restaurant.
