Amstel Bar, The Amstel Bar's contemporary style paired with nautical hints evokes the feeling of being in your favorite neighborhood pub. Make your way to the classic wood- panelled bar for a wide selection of Champagnes, wines by the glass and specialty cocktails.

Amstel Bar & Brasserie, Amstel Bar & Brasserie is an informal, rather cozy spot for lunch, dinner or a late evening supper after the theater. Cocktails are expertly poured at the wood-paneled bar, and unpretentious, brasserie-style selections are offered from a seasonal menu. A wall of windows overlooking the river showcases an unending parade of sailboats, water taxis, rowboats and typical Dutch sloepjes gliding past.

The Amstel Lounge, When you yearn for a calm atmosphere, relaxing music and a list of wines and cocktails, The Amstel Lounge is the destination that will do. Crystal chandeliers, Persian carpets and Dutch Delft lamps create the mood of a home to enjoy meals and high tea.

La Rive, Culinary mastery and word-perfect service easily put La Rive in a class by itself. Each French-Mediterranean dish is prepared in the best French tradition. The Chefs signature dishes include Wagyu beef marinated in sweet shallots and citrus fruit with croquettes of Iberian pig, Banyuls vinaigrette, puree of Jerusalem artichoke and celery with tomatoes; and gently smoked Bresse pigeon with pumpkin chutney, caramelized chicory, sweet pepper manioc and jus made with Vin Santo. The extensive wine list and specially designed porcelain and silver add to the mystique. Open Tuesday through Friday for lunch and dinner and Saturday dinner only.
