Grand Deluxe, A perfect hideaway for couples, each intimate 20-square-meter Deluxe room promises a bounty of comforts amidst the resplendent furnishings and decorative details. Majestic windows frame snapshots of modern Venetian life along the charming Calle de le Rasse, while the room's interiors reflect the historic Italian Empire period.  

Awash in soft blues, pale greens, warm yellows and deep regal reds, each room boasts shimmering damask and rich velvets on a wingback armchair, polished wooden headboards, and heavy floor-to-ceiling drapes. A delicate Murano glass chandelier hangs from the center of the ceiling, while Murano glass appliques glisten on wall sconces and bedside reading lamps. Classical furnishings such as the writing desk and regal wardrobe create elegant counterpoints.  

The adjoining bathroom features a separate entrance from the room's private entry corridor. Its design choices mirror the bedroom, with pale green, blue and yellow marble or tiles on the floors and walls. Chrome fixtures add a sparkling accent to the vanity and combined shower and bath. Some Deluxe Doubles also offer a separate dressing room.

Lagoon View Double, Languish by the window of one of our 20 to 25 square meter Lagoon View Doubles, and soak in one of Europe's most bewitching views-the sparkling Venetian lagoon and its many islands surrounded by a flotilla of boats, gondolas, and vaporettos.  

Located on the first through fourth floors of the Palazzo Dandolo and the Palazzo Casa Nuova, each room issues an elegant welcome with its historic details and state-of-the-art modernities. The light that drifts in through the windows, is augmented by hand blown Murano glass lamps, wall sconces, and chandeliers.  

The adjoining bathrooms cater to every whim, with sleek shower and bath combinations, up to two vanities, plentiful toiletries, thick bathrobes and slippers. The marble tiling is a lovely extension of each room's decor. Some Lagoon View Doubles enjoy a separate dressing room and separate glass-enclosed shower stall. Bedding: 2 twin beds.  

Junior Suite (side Exposure), Located on the first three floors of the 14th century Palazzo Dandolo, our 30-square-meter Junior Suites evoke the heraldry of old Venice. Deep regal reds and vivid yellows are the chosen color palette for these accommodations. Floor-to-ceiling drapes not only showcase the elegant ceiling height, but also frame views of the lively Rio del Vin. Each sitting area is beautifully distinguished with plush red armchairs and a superb selection of Italian antiquesthe rich timbre of polished wood and artful inlay work dating back to centuries of extraordinary Venetian craftsmanship.  

An original glass chandelier, hand blown at the Murano workshops ,creates a shimmering focal point from above.

Luxury Non-smoking With Inner View, The entirely non-smoking 20 to 25 square meter rooms in the Palazzo Danieli Excelsior enjoy a brilliantly edited design motif, distinct Gothic and Venetian elements create a setting that is both serene and undeniably theatrical. Starting with that unmistakable shade of Doge red in the drapes, the room finds a soothing counterpoint in the artichoke and forest green damask headboard behind the bed. Crisp white cotton linens dress the down duvet and pillows. Etched mirrors frame either side of the bed, their delicate scrollwork and pattern of flowers lending a lightness to the room. Murano glass bedside lamps cast a rosy glow through red lampshades, while sleek adjustable reading lights are attached to either side of the headboard.  

The high ceilings are framed by elaborately gilded molding, adding a regal touch to the inviting living area. The armchair, upholstered in the same deep red seen throughout, and the spacious writing table afford space to work and relax. Elongated windows allow natural light to stream over the parquet or carpeted flooring, while offering a view of the neighboring Calle dei Albanesi and Calle de le Rasse.

Deluxe Non-smoking With Lagoonview, As envisioned each newly restyled 20 to 25-square-meter room captures the essence of a Gothic aesthetic, blended with a contemporary sensibility. Gorgeous deep red draperies frame the long picture windows, creating a dramatic counterpoint to the watery still life of the lagoon seen beyond. Some rooms on the upper floors enjoy private wrought-iron balconies and terraces, accessible via wood-trimmed French doors. Armchairs in deep red upholstery stand at a perfect angle to the mesmerizing views.  

The rooms' soaring ceilings are made even more impressive with a trim of wide gilt molding, while the floors are covered in rich parquet or thick carpeting. Floor-to-ceiling curved wardrobe doors are covered in pale artichoke and forest green damask, shimmering softly in the blush of the Murano glass side lamps and chandelier. The same damask graces the arched headboard, complete with sleek adjustable reading lights, that sits behind the beds. Dressed in crisp white cotton, duvet and down pillows, the beds create a calming oasis amidst the bold decor.

Bar Dandolo, Enjoying a perfect vantage point from which to gaze over the famed Gothic entry hall of the 14th century palazzo, Bar Dandolo is nestled amidst marble columns, gold leaf embellishments, and exquisite wooden panels. Yellow damask covered settees and armchairs are set in intimate groupings around marble- topped coffee tablesa perfect spot to enjoy a bracing espresso and brioche in the morning or the gratifying ritual of afternoon tea. A delightful lunch menu of salads, sandwiches and cheese platters is complemented by a wonderful selection of wines by the glass. In the evening, a lively social atmosphere pervadeslive piano music accompanies the crowds of well-heeled Venetians mingling with visitors from all over the world. The curved wooden bar is presided over by the ever-charming Head Barman and his talented team. Renowned for his skill at creating sophisticated cocktails, a visit to the Bar Dandolo would not be complete without sampling the Doge cocktaila heavenly mix of vodka, strawberry shake, bitter martini, and cranberry juice. Or ask for the special Vesper Martinigin, vodka, martini dry, and angostura bitterscreated to commemorate the bar featured in a James Bond film. Terrazza Danieli Restaurant, Whether enjoying a sun-drenched lunch on the outdoor terrace, or a candle-lit dinner in the sumptuous indoor dining room, the award-winning Restaurant Terrazza Danieli never fails to delight. Boasting the most spectacular views of the Serenissimaa magnificent panorama of the Venice Lagoon, the famed Island of San Giorgio, and the tributary of the Grand Canal as it flows into Saint Mark's basin. The restaurant transports guests back to the heydey of Venice's influential position as Europe's crossroads between East and West. Under the auspices of the Executive Chef, the restaurant serves a masterful menu inspired by Marco Polo's voyages to the Orient. The result is a fascinating journey marrying the exotic and the local, the eastern influences perfectly balanced with Mediterranean flavors. Based on the Chef's passion for seasonal food, the menu changes every three months, dictated by the availability of the freshest local ingredients. The definitive Italian influences emerge in local seafood, meat, and pasta dishes, yet are also infused with exotic spices and textures from Asia, India and the Middle East. Alongside the seasonal menu, the Chef also delights his guests with special menus to celebrate local arts exhibits, the spectacular Carnivale, and traditional Venetian festivals such as the Redentore. Bar Terrazza Danieli, As soon as the weather permits, the Bar Terrazza Danieli opens its doors to a glorious rooftop setting, complete with some of the most extraordinary views of the lagoon, the Grand Canal and Venice's most beloved historic treasures. Adjoining the Restaurant Terrazza Danieli, the bar features a similar decor themeivory white cushions and wrought iron chairs and tables create an inviting al fresco ambiance, perfect for warm summer nights. Among the delectable cocktail selections, the Belliniprosecco and peach pureeand the Bucintoro fruit cocktail are particularly refreshing favorites. Drinks are accompanied by a summery menu of light snacks and salads.
