The Mint Bar, The Mint bar has turned the former bank vaults into one of Dublin's favorite meeting places. The Atrium Lounge, The Atrium lounge is an inspirational haven with its five-story glass ceiling, allowing you to sit beneath clear skies by day and a canopy of stars at night. The large palm tree and replica balconies give the impression of sitting in a Georgian courtyard, a welcome retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city center. Relax and enjoy a traditional afternoon tea or sample any of the items from the all-day food menu available into the evening seven days a week. Monday through Thursday 9:00am-11:30pm. The Exchange Restaurant, Located on the ground floor of the hotel, The Exchange Restaurant features an art deco design with natural lighting, intimate corners, and impeccable service. Enjoy brasserie-style dining by day and classic cuisine by night. The chef uses some of the freshest Irish ingredients to create a blend of local, regional, and international dishes for its stylish, yet simple menu. Additionally, the renowned Jazz Sunday Brunch is not to be missed. Sunday through Thursday 7:00am-10:00am and Friday throgh Saturday 7:00am- 10:30am.
