ATV Adventure 4x4

This half day tour around the countryside is an excellent opportunity to do some real off road sightseeing. Prepare to get dirty while you cross rivers and check out beautiful beaches and vegetation on the Dominican North coast.

You will be picked up at the hotel by a 4x4 safari type vehicle and taken to the ATV adventure ranch. One of the guides will show you its functions and you can take a test drive. Ready to get dirty? Go ahead and drive through close puddles, small brooks, through a local village, sugar plantation and the through the sugar factory. Take a refreshing swim at the Camu River and finish the day at a lonely and secluded beach: Bergantin. Soft drinks and water included.

What to Bring: Sunscreen, insect repellent, towels, swim suit, camera, hat and comfortable clothes.

Banana Party Catamaran

Duration: 8 hours

Treat yourselves with this fabulous and fun catamaran adventure. Appreciate the Puerto Plata coast and one of the island's best snorkeling sites. Relax with Caribbean rhythms, enjoy the wind in your hair, the sun on your back and a cocktail in your hand. Snorkeling equipment, lunch and local drinks included.

Puerto Plata Runners Safari

Duration: 8 hours

Head deep into the countryside passing through sugar cane fields and splashing rivers on board a 4x4 truck. Explore a typical Dominican house of a rural Dominican family, visit a local school, local cigar factory and enjoy lunch on a beautiful beach.

The Puerto Plata Runners Safari is a unique experience that takes you closer to land and people - a great adventure that not only shows you the whole beauty and nature of the real Dominican Republic but also educates about unspoiled Dominican lifestyle and countryside.

Beginning at 9:00am, experience a full day, all inclusive guided country safari adventure. Experience spectacular views and photo opportunities at every run. Ride in convertible off road 4x4 trucks. See and feel the day to day lifestyle and friendliness of the local people in their natural habitat. Sample exotic fruits, roasted coffee and sugarcane. Visit quaint villages, a countryside school, and a coconut preparation site. Ride a horse and have a Dominican feast. Back on the off road to a spectacular deserted beach were you can catch a wave on a boogie board or relax while sipping a Cuba Libre. Return to the hotel at approximately 5:00pm.
