The Cancel for Any Reason Waiver and Travel Protection Plan (“Plan”) contains both non-insurance (Section I) and insurance (Section II) components. Section I Cancel For Any Reason Waiver is an example of a non-insurance component. Section II of the Plan is administered by Aon Affinity and is underwritten by Transamerica Casualty Insurance Company, Columbus, Ohio; NAIC # 10952 (all states except as otherwise noted) under Policy/Certificate Form series TAHC5000. In CA, HI, NE, NH, PA, TN and TX Policy/Certificate Form series TAHC5100 and TAHC5200. In IL, IN, KS, LA, OH, OR, VT, WA and WY Policy Form #’s TAHC5100IPS and TAHC5200IPS. Certain coverages are under series TAHC6000 and TAHC7000. Section II is offered through Travel Impressions, which holds an agent or producer license in all requisite jurisdictions.

Section II benefits are provided in addition to other applicable insurance or indemnity programs where permitted by law, and shall apply only after benefits have been paid. Section II provides limited benefits health coverage only. It does NOT provide basic hospital, basic medical or major medical insurances.Please note that in certain states residents are not required to purchase the Section II Travel Protection Plan insurance benefits outlined in the Plan in order to purchase the Section I Cancel For Any Reason Waiver. We will not use or share personally identifiable medical information with our affiliates or with third parties except for the purpose of enrolling you in the Plan or otherwise assisting you in connection with the Plan or providing notice of a claim, and as otherwise required or permitted by law, such as disclosures to insurance regulatory authorities or in response to a subpoena.

How to Review and Correct Your Personal Information
Under applicable law, you may request to see the personal information about you in our records except for certain documents related to claims and lawsuits. If you request medical records, we may elect to supply that information to you through a medical professional designated by you. We may direct you to a consumer reporting agency to obtain certain consumer report information.

If you believe that the personal information we have about you in our records is incomplete or inaccurate, please let us know at once, and we will investigate and correct any errors that we find.
