Electronic Ticket Portal

In an effort to optimize passenger entry and exit process in the country, as well as help reduce the spread of COVID-19, the Dominican Republic has implemented a new electronic system combining digital versions of the Traveler’s Health Affidavit, Customs Declaration, and International Boarding/Disembarking forms, in one single digital form. To facilitate the transition between the physical forms and the new digital one through the Electronic Ticket Portal. As of April 1, 2021, the use of digital forms will be mandatory.

Jutting out of the DR’s northeastern shore and basking in the ocean, the nature haven that is the Samaná Peninsula is as coveted today as it was in the 16th century. Samaná is well connected by land and air, yet it remains the DR’s secluded, paradisiacal escape of wild beaches, coconut plantations, and rainforests. It’s as if the approximately 2,500 humpback whales that visit Samaná Bay every year appreciate this natural splendor as much as visitors do.
